The Bulgarian Yachting Association, together with Sirius Maritime Group, was an official sponsor of the Cor Caroli International Sailing Regatta 2026 – one of Bulgaria’s most prestigious and long-standing sailing events.
For more than three decades, Cor Caroli has brought together sailors, yacht owners, and enthusiasts from Bulgaria and abroad, celebrating excellence in sailing while honoring the legacy of Captain Georgi Georgiev, the first Bulgarian to sail solo around the world. The regatta has become a symbol of tradition, sportsmanship, and the country’s rich maritime heritage.
It is an iconic sailing event held each summer on the Bulgarian Black Sea cost, that brings together the best crew and sailors, and turns the coast into an exciting maritime competition.
The award ceremony, held on the 16th of August, was a truly special evening, filled with laughter, great spirits and inspiring stories from the water.
The Bulgarian Yachting Association and Sirius Maritime Group were proud to support the 26th Cor Caroli Regatta as a sponsor and to present the trophies and gifts to this year’s winners.
Congratulations to all the participants and winners, and a big thank you to the entire Cor Caroli team for putting together such a beautiful and inspiring event.
We were delighted to be part of it! And we are already looking for next year’s edition of the sailing regatta.
